Early & Late Stay

CCEP offers early and late stay from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. daily. Parents may sign their children up on a scheduled basis, or call/email for drop-in care when available. One-day notice is required and appreciated. Cost is $4.75/hr for one child or $4.50/hr. for two or more children, billed in half-hour increments, and you are charged only for the time actually used.

The procedure for Early/Late stay billing is as follows: All late stay charges will be added to your invoice the month after it occurs. For example, your child’s August Early/Late stay charges will show up on your September invoice. (If your child participates in early/late stay, there will be a final bill in June, reflecting May charges.)

Late pick-ups will be billed at $1/minute for every minute after 5:30 p.m. Repeated late pick ups will result in termination from the program.

Early/Late Stay: 7:30-9:00 a.m. and 1:00-5:30 p.m.
