Infants

Linda Holland, Betty Holland

Ms. Betty has worked at Christ Church for ten years. She and her late husband Jim were a military family, living in many areas of the US before moving back home in 1971. She has two children and three grandchildren. Ms. Linda is her daughter-in-law.

Ms. Linda has been caring for the children at Christ Church for eight years. She is married, has one daughter and six grandchildren. She and her husband are raising two of their grandsons. She feels fortunate that God has allowed them this special privilege!

Older Infants

Kate McDonald, Abbey Poff  

Miss McDonald began working at CCEP a year ago as a student shadow and late stay teacher. She has her BA in music from Erskine College. Kate resides in Central ,SC where she spends time with her horse Chico, and dog Oliver.

Mrs. Poff began working at CCEP this summer in the toddler class. She graduated from Charleston Southern University with a BS in Social Science. She spent a year and a half teaching elementary school in Michigan before moving home to Greenville. She is married and has a dog named Bubba.

 

 

Young Toddlers

Linda Barbare, Julie Burgess

This is Ms. Barbare's third year at CCEP, although she's been  teaching for seven years.  She graduated from Greenville Tech with her early childhood education degree.  She has a grown son and a two grand daughters.

Miss Burgess began working at CCEP during our summer program in 2008. After completing her student teaching in Italy, she received her Elementary Education degree from USC Upstate in 2009. She has a passion for children of all ages.

 

Older Toddlers

Julie Bannister, Paige Jordan

Julie Bannister has an early childood degree from USC Upstate after doing her student teaching at Midway Elementary. She has been working at CCEP since 2008. She brings music and joy into the classroom.

Ms. Jordan has been teaching for thirteen years. She spent seven years teaching K5 in public school, and most recently has been teaching preschool at Westminster Presbyterian. She is a lifelong parishioner at Christ Church.

K2

Amanda Abreu, Ann Eubank

Mrs. Abreu is in her 10th year at CCEP. She and her husband Winston have two children. Amanda attended Clemson University, doing course work in Special Education and Elementary Education.

Mrs. Eubank joined CCEP in 2007 as a substitute teacher, and joined the permanent staff two years ago. She has one elementary age child, and a preschool child who attends with her.

JoAnn Albertson, Amanda Todd

Mrs. Albertson has been working at CCEP for nine years, and teaching children for close to ten. She received her CDA in 2006. She and her husband live in Taylors.

Mrs. Todd is in her third year at  CCEP, and has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has five years experience working with young children. She has been married for three years and has a 3 year old son.

Lindsay Sellery, Kathy George

Mrs. Sellery is in her second year at CCEP, after working in K5 last year. Her degree is in Elementary Education and she taught for 5 years before coming to CCEP. She and her husband have lived in Greenville for 3 years and they have 2 children.

Debra King, Julia McCaffrey Mrs. King has been working at CCEP for fourteen years, and has been working with children for at least 18 years. She truly enjoys her job at CCEP! She lives in Travelers Rest with her husband, Donald.

Lis Hamer, Beck Williams

Mrs. Hamer joined the staff at CCEP in 2004 after completing her Child Development Associate Degree. She and her family have been active members of Christ Church for many years. She and her husband have three daughters.

Mrs. Williams is a member of Christ Church. She has a BA and MA in education from Furman University. She has been at CCEP since 1992, serving in many roles, including director. She has 3 grown children.

 

K4

 Lia Mesaric, Liz Usry

Mrs. Mesaric joined the staff at CCEP in 2005. She graduated from the University of South Carolina doing her coursework in Art Education. She and her husband Tim have three sons, one who attends CCEP with her. 

This is Mrs. Usry's third year at CCEP. She formerly taught preschool at First Baptist Kindergarten. She is a lifelong parishioner at Christ Church, along with her husband and three children.

Laura Stewart, Andrea Watt

Mrs. Stewart has a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson and a Master's in Elementary Education from Furman. She and her husband have two children and are Christ Church parishioners.

This is Mrs. Watt's fourth year at CCEP. Previously she spent 7 years as the teaching assistant for K5 at St. Mary's Catholic School. She and her husband have 2 children, 13 and 18.

 

K4

Ginger Kinman, Maggie Maloney

Mrs. Kinman has 20 years of teaching experience, ten of which have been at CCEP. She has an early childhood teaching degree from Clemson, and her master's from UGA.  She has two children, 14 and 11, and both graduated from CCEP.

Mrs. Maloney has an early childhood education degree from Mount Vernon College. She has taught for two years. She and her husband Tucker have a son, 17, and two daughters, 13 and 11. They are Christ Church parishioners.

 

K5

Amanda Allison, Deanna Cordell

Ms. Allison joined the staff of CCEP in 2006. She attended Clemson University pursing Secondary Education. She was the director of Classy Kids CDC for three years. She has a son who attends CCES.

Mrs. Cordell has been at CCEP for twelve years. She has been working with children for 21 years. She has two grown children, and one grandson who attends CCES.
